Michael A. diVittorio
After graduating in 1964 from Villanova University with a degree in civil engineering, Mike worked with the federal government in various engineering and construction positions for 32 years. During his career he was Senior Resident Engineer on major hospital projects for the Veterans Administration and Project Director for the U.S. Department of State on embassy projects in Cairo, Egypt; Pretoria, South Africa; Gaboronne, Botswana; and, Mogadishu, Somalia. These projects ranged from $2.3 million to $53.3 million.
After retiring from government service, Mike relocated to Albuquerque, NM where he became a custom home builder. He limits the number of homes to 5 or 6 per year in order to work closely with each client to achieve the quality home they deserve.
Building a custom home should be a pleasant experience.
- Open Book Policy: Our clients receive with their statement a copy of each subcontract invoice. This invoice includes all materials, labor and taxes to be paid. All discounts are passed to the client.
- Financing: We work with select banks to ensure our clients obtain competitive rates for both construction loans and home mortgages. By having the construction loan in the client's name, it may enable them to deduct interest costs on income tax.
